Curriculum:
Repair Levels (A, B, C, D)
- Software-level repairs
- Individual component repairs
Introduction to Cellular Networks:
- History and principles of cellular networks
- Network processes (call setup, registration)
- Network technologies LTE (4G), GSM, UMTS
Mobile Device Structure:
- Disassembly, assembly, and internal component replacement
- Handling software issues (backups, restores, flashing, unlocking, etc)
- Familiarization with operating systems (iOS, Android)
- Troubleshooting all types of devices (iPhones, Samsungs, LG, Chinese devices, etc.)

- Customer management, pricing, forms, and repair warranties
